Planning Applications

 

Site Location Planning Packs are necessary for all planning permission applications and accepted by all Local Authorities, the Land Registry and required by the ESB for all new connections.

They contain 6 A4 or A3 Ordnance Survey site centred maps at 1:1000 scale (urban) or 1:2500 scale (rural) and 1 historical map* at 1:10560 scale of the same area.

The standard planning pack is available in paper or digital formats output at A4 or A3 size.

The number of historical maps required may vary (please be advised to check with your local authority prior to purchase).
